Change in Congregations Since 2000

This chart illustrates how congregation growth in the United States has been stable overtime, with usually around 150-200 wards created a year. The large jump in branches in 2004 can be attributed to the formation of Young Single Adult or Spanish speaking branches.

This chart is good for showing trends in increase of wards and branches in the US. Have you updated it for '07 and '08?

Also for 2009 I believe wards are up by 105 and branches up by 6 with a few weeks to go. I'm sure the member per congregation will be up a lot this year. Have you updated those figures for the last couple of years? Thanks again for your great contributions over the years.
