I'm assuming this a partial list.

There's the new Santa Clarita 3rd (Korean) Branch, Santa Clarita California Stake.

And there's the new Otay River (Spanish) Branch, Chula Vista California Stake.

You might also be interested that the Anaheim California Mission a while back has called Farsi speaking (Persian) missionaries and the Northwood Ward, Irvine California Stake now has a Farsi Sunday School Class.

I haven't included these branches yet, but I haven't forgotten about them. Thanks for the info.

Wow, Farsi speaking missionaries in the Anaheim mission. I am glad to see the Church is taking a more active effort to conduct missionary work among the different ethnic groups in Southern California that have not been reached. Great to hear about the Farsi Sunday School class as well.
