Hey. I can't find contact info anywhere. But I am curious if there is research out there about LDS Church growth and meeting start time. I.e. are there more convert baptisms and member reactivation in congregations that meet at 10am instead of 2pm?

Thanks!

Where do you live?

In British Columbia, Canada.

Good question. I have not heard of any research done. This would be challenging, especially since many, if not most, LDS congregations share a meetinghouse with one or more congregations and meeting times often change year-to-year. I would imagine that meeting time would have the biggest correlation with convert baptisms and reactivation efforts outside of the United States due to cultural norms on when worship services should be held.

Hmmm. Darn. I suspect a correlation, but want to prove it. Is there any data for US congregations? Or just no data at all for this topic.

I am not aware of any data on this topic.

Looks like I have found myself a research project!
